"original owner instrument. purchased around 1980 from Sam Ash Music Store in New York.
this is the SRM model which is capable of duophonic play (2 notes played simultaneously). duophonic play capability was an improvement over the original pre-SRM model.
instrument comes with a hard carrying case which was custom made for this instrument.
problems I am aware of: all keys on the keyboard result in the same tone. the tone can however be manipulated and changed with the knobs and sliders. oscillator 1 appears to not be working. these problems may or may not be resolved with a calibration of the unit, or they may require more to fix."
Hopefully someone will get this one back to full functionality.
"On November 10th 2017 I had the privilege to play at 'Neural a night of Music and Film ' this is the video that was created by Raven Blue to accompany my live music set.
I ended up playing my music to match the excellent video , so this is the soundboard recording synched to the video that was behind me on a 16 foot by 9 foot projection screen
I hope you enjoy watching and listening to this as much as I did playing it
thanks to raven Blue for the video , and Dakota Quinn for the soundwork
gear used:

"This is a short jam I recorded when testing Vessek (the yet unreleased Vult oscillator). Vessek is blurred because still looks crappy and is unfinished."
"Prolific pop producer Jack Antonoff is a wellspring of creative output. When he’s not penning hits for Lorde, Taylor Swift or Carly Rae Jepsen, he can be found fronting his band Bleachers or as the lead guitarist for the Grammy-award-winning band Fun.
In this video, Jack Antonoff steps into the Moog Sound Lab to perform a stripped-down and switched-on version of the song “All of My Heroes” from Bleachers’ 2017 album 'Gone Now'."
"Nothing major just some Mother 32 Freestyle over a pad patch from Omnisphere called "Across the sky". I use the internal sequencer and play a couple of notes on the M32 keyboard. https://remixsample.bandcamp.com/albu...
Used in this video:
Moog Mother 32
Omnisphere
Valhalla Shimmer Reverb
Soundtoys Crystalizer (hear it @ 03:07)
I modulate the pitch with the midi keyboard under my desk. :D"
"With firmware update v.3.8 (R1) Shuttle Control supports Multidimensional Polyphonic Expression – or MPE.
Such amount of outputs is beneficiary to send an immense amount of controls from Roli Seaboard Rise 25, which we explain in the video (so you can see all outputs in action).
http://firmware.endorphin.es
-----------------------------------------------
The general idea behind the MPE is an updated MIDI protocol in which every voice has its own MIDI channel with the multi-dimensional controls.
There is a lot of control from various kinaesthetic actions which we daisy chained to two Shuttle Controls to increase the overall amount of CV outputs up to 32. Every column of 8 jacks logically correspond to each voice, and modules correspond to the same voices in an allocation grid: first one, second, third and fourth. So far, each Shuttle handles two voices.
Every pressed key on Seaboard is a voice that generates the following MIDI data:
- Note translated into 1 volt per octave Pitch CV on the separate MIDI channel.
- Horizontal movement of the finger on the key or wave surface defines a pitch bender: X-axis control
- Z-axis (or depth) corresponds to channel aftertouch - how much finger pressure is applied to the key.
- Third dimensional Y–axis is vertical position of the finger on each key. By default it is assigned on CC number 74 and is called “timbre”.
- Note on/off and velocity as on a usual MIDI keyboard
Every one of the actions takes is 4 times, since we have four voices.
