"This listing is for a vintage paper advertisement. This is a 1973 ad for a Electronic Music Laboratories EML-101 Portable Synthesizer! The size of the ad is approximately 6.5x8inches. The caption for this ad is 'The best Portable synthesizer in the world' The ad is in good overall condition, with some light wear. This vintage ad would look great framed and displayed! "Perfectly working Drumstation - orange colorway - the first 808/909 clone! Very versatile, expansive midi control, 6 individual outs plus stereo mix, Din sync out (!)
The only difference in the versions is colorway and packaging; all drum stations are the same inside.
We don't see these often - Great box at a great price. Process those puppies!"
"It seems like using a groovebox for its intended purpose leads to better results than trying to ignore the metronome and get lost in arpeggiators and voices. Who would have guessed 😌
Anyway, I suck at this genre, I was mostly proud of the bassline and my 'discovery'!"
"A piece built with the @teenageengineering EP-133 K.O. II, YAMAHA MU15, @NordKeyboards Nord Lead, and MOTIF-RACK ES—IDM/electronica driven by glitched beats and richly modulated synths.
"I got extra silly and crazy with this latest Skweee-inspired funk track. Most of the sounds are from the Korg Opsix, Moog Minitaur, Arturia Polybrute, with drum sounds from Addictive Drums 2, everything done in Reaper. Visuals done with Imaginando VS Visual Synthesizer. Enjoy!"

"PlantsSystem 'Atmospheric Layer' is a song that, as the name suggests, is like a journey through the atmosphere of sound. The constructed soundscape combines a sense of floating and depth by layering the pads of the Sunriser synthesizer. A delicate and expansive sound image is developed, as if layers of clouds were overlapping in a hazy sky.
Breakbeats are used for the backbeat. In contrast to the floating feeling of the pads, the beat has a grounded propulsive force, drawing the listener into the flow of the sound. The discreetly mixed 7th chord gives the song a subtle melancholy and color change, adding shade to the listening experience."

A New Era in Sound Design
XTRIKE’s innovative dual-daisy architecture combines a magnetic bender and an expressive pad, offering a tactile, soft impact-driven interface that feels like a percussive instrument while harnessing the full power of a modern synthesizer. Beyond traditional percussive sounds, XTRIKE empowers users to craft intricate, evolving soundscapes through its advanced wavetable synthesis engine and experimental toolset.
Synthesizer
A 4-voice polyphonic, analog-controlled wavetable synthesizer with robust processing and many effects.
Tuning
An intuitive auto-tuning and micro-tuning engine for precise pitch control and cultural exploration.
Sequencer
A dynamic 16-step sequencer for crafting complex compositions directly on the instrument.
Loop/Multi
20 seconds of stereo sampling, looping, processing, multilayering for real-time creativity.
Continuous Development As of July 2025, XTRIKE is in the prototype phase. Our team is committed to refining the instrument until its design and performance meet our exacting standards. To achieve this, we are implementing minor adjustments before moving to production.
The prototype’s features are performing exceptionally well. Its graphical display is both visually stunning and highly intuitive. The dual-daisy engine is robust, delivering the substantial processing power required for the project’s complexity. While minor software tweaks are still needed, this aspect of the project is nearly complete.
Our current focus is on enhancing the interface, particularly the tactile pad. We are dissatisfied with the responsiveness and appearance of the current silicon pad, which is glued to the faceplate. We are reverting to our original concept of an independent, mechanically isolated pad. By integrating a PCB interface, as used in our initial testing, and fitting it into a dedicated slot in the faceplate, we aim to significantly improve sensitivity and user experience. Additionally, the pad will be available in various colors with a distinctive, creative design.
We are also refining the overall design, with particular attention to the side panels. While beech wood has yielded positive results, we are exploring alternative materials and designs to ensure the highest quality outcome. Only the best will suffice.
"Join me as I create 3 ambient patches on the Novation Peak in this no-talking, follow-along sound design session. Watch and listen as I make these rich textures, evolving tones, and spacious atmospheres by ear, with no prior plan. Perfect for synth lovers, ambient producers, and Novation Peak enthusiasts looking for inspiration! Let me know what other types of patches you'd like to see and don't hesitate to share your own creations with these/similar patches!
"In this video, I reflect on a powerful tool I neglected for far too long—probability. It’s the secret ingredient that could’ve made so many of my earlier tracks feel more alive, less robotic, and infinitely more dynamic. Whether you're using Elektron gear or any sequencer with probability features, this is your invitation to rethink how you build patterns. I’ll show you how adding just a touch of randomness can transform a stale loop into something that evolves, surprises, and inspires every time you press play. Don’t make the same mistake I did—lean into it.
