"EML 400/401 vintage multi sequencer system + 401 Electrocomp analog synthesizer, one of the most powerful sequencer systems ever made, very rare and in excellent condition. It's the rare partner of EML 200, 101 and of course very nice to drive other modular synthesizers. Photocopied manual included, working voltage supply: 110 volts"

"Moog is a trademark of Moog Music, Inc. Electro-Harmonix Effectology, Vol.19 "How to turn your guitar into a Moog synthesizer" By Bill Ruppert
Welcome to Electro-Harmonix's "Effectology" series, in which we create a remarkable collection of impossible sounds using just a regular guitar and EHX effect pedals! No keyboards, samplers or midi pickups were used.
In this episode I show how to turn a regular guitar into a Moog synthesizer! There is a demonstration of the famous recording Switched-on Bach and Emerson Lake and Palmer's classic synthesizer solo from the song 'Lucky Man". Both records featured the epic original Moog modular synthesizer."

Let me first say thanks to the geniuses at adafruit industries in the mighty USA for all there hard work in producing such a fantastic bass machine and there generosity in releasing it as open source. Please take the time to visit their web site and look at there awesome products. Also I would like to thank the Very clever guy who wrote sokkOS Your firmware rocks man!
So why should you buy a x0xb0x from me?
1 Each x0xb0x is hand built by myself and Pickle ( my wife ) here in sunny Sandy Bedfordshire England.
2 All the parts are NEW or NOS not removed and cleaned second hand shite.
3 All the parts are as specified by adafruit and Roland ( I have the Roland UK's official service engineers service manual )
The transistors the caps the IC's the FET's are all as per the original 303 manual ( Except the BA662a which is replaced with BA6110 )
Please note that i use the adafruit PCB as specified this is not a modified version to make the build cheaper or quicker.
All parts are sourced as per adafruit recommended suppliers ( Mouser RS Farnell Digikey )
"Rene finally arrived, we Philosophized briefly and then set him to work.
Rene is named after the French Philosopher and Mathematician Rene Descartes, and is a touch based sequencer for the Eurorack Modular format.
The patch used here after the unboxing and the install was as follows. Flame Tame Machine beat output to Rene X clock. Wogglebug regular clock out (red led) to Rene Y clock. Rene CV out to Z3000 mkI (sine) and Z3000 mkII (ramp) oscillators. Rene gate X to QMMG chnl. 1 for the Z3000 Sine. Rene gate Y to QMMG chnl. 4 for the Z3000 Ramp. QMMG channels to Format Jumbler and out to mixer as two channels."

"Slightly different patch and sequence. Flame Tame Machine beat output to Rene X clock. Wogglebug woggle clock out (yellow led) to Rene Y clock. Rene CV out to Z3000 mkI (sine) and Z3000 mkII (triangle) oscillators. Rene gate X to QMMG chnl. 1 for the Z3000 Sine. Rene gate Y to QMMG chnl. 4 for the Z3000 Ramp. QMMG channels to Format Jumbler and out to mixer as two channels.
This device is of exceptional quality and looks fantastic, cannot wait to dig in deeper to his capabilities. More to come with Rene."

"David Rokeby interacting with Very Nervous System in the Lentos Kunstmuseum during Ars Electronica 2009 (Linz, Austria) "The installation is a complex but quick feedback loop. The feedback is not simply 'negative' or 'positive', inhibitory or reinforcing; the loop is subject to constant transformation as the elements, human and computer, change in response to each other. The two interpenetrate, until the notion of control is lost and the relationship becomes encounter and involvement. The installation could be described as a sort of instrument that you play with your body but that implies a level of control which I am not particularly interested in. I am interested in creating a complex and resonant relationship between the interactor and the system." - David Rokeby More info: http://homepage.mac.com/davidrokeby/v..."
"Manufacturer Description: The M?511ac QUAD GATE DELAY combines four voltage controlled gate delay circuits in one module, which delay the incoming gate signals in a range from ca. 1 ms up to 20 seconds. Each delay unit hat its own pair of display LEDs.
The four gate in/outputs are internally connected like this: Output 1 goes into input 2, output 2 goes into input 3 and output 3 goes into input 4. This allows complex delay combinations without external patching.
The ‘Manual Gate’ button affects delay input 1.
The time control voltage inputs are “chained“: i. e. a control voltage in the input 1 jack controls the inputs 2/3/4 as well, if there is nothing else patched. (Input 1 is internally connected to +10 volts if nothing is patched).
Control range 0-10 volts, higher control voltages give longer delay times."

"Ashland Sound Collective is a loose federation of people in the Ashland/Southern Oregon area who interested in electronic music, synthesizers, drum machines, circuit bent items, or other sound sources , ranging from asymmetric microtonal noodling, to drones, to full out composed music. This site is a chance to put them in contact with each other and hopefully something positive will come out of it." via brian comnes
EMS Synthi was a portable synthesizer done in the early seventies by EMS, used by Pink Floyd, Todd Rundgren, Steve Hillage and other similar artist. This volume contains 50 synthi-like loops made with XILS Labs XILX 3 plug-in in the tradition of synthi-like sounds, sequencer patterns, odd bleeps, effects, as well as leads and bass lines.
Some of the loops use a compressor but most of them are clean so you could experiment with various compressor and other effect settings.
APPLELOOPS-LOGIC
These are green AppleLoops. If you don’t the plug-ins, just drag the loops into an audio track so the pure audio is used.
Drop the folder inside your loops directory and Logic will index these loops.
ABLETON LIVE
With Ableton Live, just drag them in from any location.
LOOP INDEX NAMES

"This is part of a complex pattern sequencer. It's been in the works for quite a while and we finished our first working prototype last night. It's based on Rob Hordijk's benjolin circuit with a bunch of tweaks. I'm working on a rhythm matrix unit which will interface with the complex pattern synth. More will be posted on that once it's done. For more info go to casperelectronics.com"
"These are sample playback routines for the Decillionix DX-1. All three soundbanks are represented. The first one hear is "Cycle Sounds", where each sample in a soundbank is played at five different pitches before cycling to the next. Next each sample from every soundbank is put through the paces of routines 3 to 9."

"November 15th, 2010 Great news! Curve, our unique new software synthesizer, is now available for public beta testing (PC+Mac, VST+AU).
We feel we've created something truly new here. Creating sounds with Curve is intuitive and immediate. The waveform editor is irresistible, and provides completely new possibilities for experimentation and detailed tweaking. Three powerful oscillators, three envelope generators, two filters and four LFOs work together in a sophisticated modulations matrix, all set out in a clear, uncomplicated user interface.
The other half of Curve exists outside the synthesizer. Curve's preset library is a shared online database, populated with your presets and those from other Curve users. This ever-growing, community-driven sound library provides a constant source of inspirational sound, and gives you the opportunity to share, tag and rate sounds quickly and easily across the web.
We also invite the Curve community to steer the future development of the synthesizer. Our bug reports and feature request list will be completely public at all times. We believe this is an essential aspect of Curve, and we're excited about where you're going to take us.
