"I found a use for my old Ipad three as a midi sequencer It's got enough power for that and sinks up with my Ipad air 2 over ableton link. This let's me sync up a lot of stuff. The Korg Sq 1 does a pretty good job of midi to C.V. conversion as long as you have a powered USB hub it recognises the Sq just fine."

"Used Jomox 888 drum machine. I purchased on Ebay in 2009 and am the second owner. All drum voices are working. OS is 1.12. There is a cosmetic flaw in the wood stain on the right wooden end-cheek. A close-up is shown in picture #7. The wood stain was not evenly applied and has a light streak - it arrived to me like this in 2009. The other end-cheek does not have this problem. Otherwise, the 888 is in excellent cosmetic shape - view the close up pictures. Only ever used in a home studio that is smoke and cat free. Encoder 11 works but is not as sensitive/responsive as the other endless encoders. The main data encoder can be used to edit the same parameters that encoder 11 controls. No noise or scratchy sounds on the main output, individual instrument outputs or the main volume encoder. Listing includes original PSU and original manual."

If you are viewing this page I am sure you know what this thing is capable of. It was designed by Bob Moog and is quite literally one of the most powerful mono synths ever produced.
Lots and lots of modulation possibilities and filter options, to quote Sound On Sound “you’d be hard pressed to emulate its intricacies using a modular instrument”
It’s also an unbelievably rare piece of kit, somewhere in the region of 250 in existence.
Fully serviced and in excellent condition, just got it back from my technician today.
Things worth noting.
1. A couple of the original knobs are missing and were replaced by yellow ones by the previous owner. (Photo 6)
2. Wooden side panel has suffered a crack. My tech says it looks like somebody tightened the screws too tight and it was caused by the ensuing pressure. (Photo 9)
3. Scuffing to lower frame under keyboard and slight chip to underside of 1 key. (Photo 10)
4. Selling to cover a tax bill. Really regrettably. Always thought I would hold on to this forever.
5. There are some other light scuffs and scratches, which were very difficult to show in the photos.
6. I will NOT post this item. However I will deliver free of charge to any buyer in England or Wales. If you are outside of this area you will have to pick the item up yourself, in person. NO COURIERS."

4 voices / 23 modules are running in parallel on the mSSP

built-in fx chain (delay/reverb)
internal bus modules
external SVF cutoff and FM modulation (using make noise function and intellijel dixie II modules)
keyboard connected via MIDI port on mSSP
sound directly recorded onto the SSP and synced with video afterwards
the patch consists of:
4 voices / 23 modules are running in parallel on the mSSP
per voice: 1 step sequencer, 1 microtonal quantizer (jazz scale from the SCALA archive), 1 sine osc, 1 envelope, 1 bus routing

"Hi Guys,
This is a little MG-1 I have modified for Nathan. I added quite a few things to this synth to make it much more flexible than before.
Here are the things I added:
secondary LFO generating triangular and square waveforms.
Polyphonic section modulation amount control
LFO mixer control so the unit can be panned between the new LFO or original LFO, (responds to the filter and poly section only)
Added input busses for external modulation injection independently into the filter/poly section as well as the pitch of the mono synth oscillators.
LFO out which tied into the LFO mix control, this allows you to send the LFOs to other synths.
independent poly section output for routing the poly through effects or a stand alone mix.
Gain staging changes with selected resistor values to give you plenty of gain and presence in the sound.

"Up for sale is extremely rare powerful Soviet vintage analog synthesizer "ALISA-1377". It was made in USSR in 1985 at Luberetskiy Military Radioplant "Rodina" near Moscow. ALISA synthesizers were made especially for experimental electronic music, creating of sound effects in soviet cinema and scientific acoustic researches. This unique instrument has warm, aggressive and absolutely original analog sound! (check the Demo section below photoes)
The synthesizer has 1 OSC with 4 wave forms, ADSR , filter, various modulations, vibrato and portamento effects.
OSCILLATOR: tune; octave +1/+2; portamento; wave forms: triangle, saw, square, odd harmonics; frequency modulation (for all 4 waveforms); impulse-width modulation (for square wave form) with impulse width and depth controls; harmonics (for odd harmonics wave form). You can use individual OSC waveforms (triangle, saw, square, odd harmonics) or mix them together to get unique sounds!
LFO: on/off modulation switch, two waveforms (triangle, square), modulation rate, modulation rate coarse switch - 1Hz/10Hz.

An update via Teenage Engineering:
"no one should pay this price for an OP-1 [one bid up to $8600 pictured]. so hang in there.
last week a rumour circulated that the OP-1 was dead. no one was more surprised than us.
however, we've been working hard on updating the hardware platform in order to keep the product alive for many years to come. this is causing a brief stop in the production, but we will be up and running at full speed shortly."
Curious what the hardware update will be. One thing that always concerned me was how long the internal battery might last over time. Anyone know?

"Hi Guys.
I have another part of how to record fast trigger drums from Four Bricks Rook-Quad Trigger Sequence Generator module from Shakmat Modular.
When you use the Four Bricks Rook you basically have your drums under your hand under the pad and only your creativity limits you what to knock on the pads.
For me, this is a great module, it allows you to create a pattern in a dozen or so seconds without complicated programming, it has a lot of possibilities to create many paterns and write them, load, choose paternal length from 1 to 32 steps, here I used fast short 4. plus amazing mode FILL which I showed later for the arrangement and recording the fill in real time and many more function. definitely a strong thing at hand."

"Here's the analogue / analog multimode filter the MMF from 2hp. It's a 12dB per octave slope (or 2 pole) circuit with low pass, high pass and band pass outputs. CV over filter cut off and resonance, input, output BOSH job done. :)
