The filter is the SH vcf using the 24db out and the vco is a saw wave from admulti vco . The Lead is made with 4 different modulations : frequency modulation at Dpvco and pulse width modulation, then goes to Diode Dream Vcf that has its internal fm from vco and amplitude modulation from the looping ADSR in high rate frequencies.
