20 Synths / Pedals from a USB Powerbank - Our Silent Alchemist can daisychain while isolated.
video upload by myVolts
"Luke Brennan, MD at myVolts giving a demonstration of how you can daisychain multiple synthesisers, pedals, mixers, from a single USB power source.
With a background in proving power adapters, myVolts have developed a range of solutions so you can power your synths, pedals, AV gear and more with USB. You can even power items that were previously powered by batteries. Not only that, but they have created solutions that allow you to do that without the buzz and humm usually associated with USB power.
In this video, he talks of how Ripcord, ReVolt and Step Up, USB-A and USB-C solutions can power your gear. When used with the Silent Alchemist, they can remove ground loops from your setup and make power simple, quiet and easy to manage.

Ghost Box / EVP spirit radio - HauntBox processed by Siluria
video upload by Gechologic
"You can connect any external device to Siluria via the line input, this might be useful also if the FM broadcast is no longer available in your country.
This is the HauntBox, more info here: https://www.resonancecircuits.com/pro...
Powered by RipCord and connected with CandyCords, you can find them here: https://myvolts.com/
(no affiliation, I just think these are great products from great makers)
The sound was recorded directly in the unit - it is possible to record the resulting mix (exactly as you hear it in the headphones) to the SD card for later use.
Halloween is approaching, get your ghosts ready! :)"

"The HauntBox:
Inspired by the spirit box/ghost radios used for paranormal investigation. The HauntBox from Resonancecircuits contains 10 sound banks of 'real world' evp captures, faux evp, radio broadcasts and atmospherics.
Each soundbank contains between 20-90 samples that are played back in a random order and will continuously loop until the next soundbank is selected.
Soundbanks:
0 - shortwave broadcasts and faux EVP
1 - global fm broadcasts and EVP captures
2 - AM/MW broadcasts and EVP
3 - southern preacher (CB radio)
4 - houdini's seance
5 - whispers
6 - end is near
7 - atmosphere I
8 - atmosphere II
9 - your soul
Controls:
on/off power switch
orange indicator led
scan push button - used to select the next soundbank
sweep control - sample playback rate/speed of transition between samples
frequency control - pitch of samples
output level control
mini jack output
powered by 9v DC input (negative centre polarity 300-900mA).
PSU not included
Closed Case Dimensions: 5.5(H) x 14.5(W) x 9.5(D)cm
Dark oak stained and waxed wood casing with metal corner embellishments.

Want Clean audio with your Zoom L6 mixer?
Digitakt, Volca Drum and CB Onward: Silent Alchemist Power video upload by myVolts
"Want to hear the silence?
.
At myVolts, we're not just trying to power your gear, we want to give you the best possible audio output too.
.
You may not realise it, but isolation of your power sources keeps your output clean and as you intended.
Everything (including the L6 is powered via USB from the Silent Alchemist).
.
This is a clean feed recorded onto an SD card on the Zoom L6 Mixer.
Note especially between 27 seconds, when the Zoom recording is turned on (pressing the button that turns Red) and 32 Seconds when 'Play' is pressed on the Digitakt. Nice bit of silence right there, no rattle, no hum.
We're all about simplifying your process, with solutions that just work.
.
Setup info 1:
4 X USB Power ports used
1- Digitakt with 12V Step Up.
2-Korg Volca Drum 9V+ Step Up
3-Standard USB-C cable takes 5V and Powers the Zoom L6.
4. Chase Bliss Onward pedal with 9V Negative Step Up.
Audio setup:
Digitakt connected to Zoom L6
Volca Drum output sent through CB onward into Zoom L6.
Note: we would normally give a mixer/recorded it's own independent power source, this is probably the origin of the noise in the mix. However, with the Silent Alchemist, it's not a concern, isolation means no noise, even when sharing a power source.
If you would like to examine these setups, check out PowerMyGear, our free web tool for planning your power setup.

The Silent Alchemist sound recording test comparison - noise free.
video upload by myVolts
"Need some silence? 😃
.
At myVolts, we're not just trying to power your gear, we want to give you the best possible audio output too.
.
You may not realise it, but isolation of your power sources keeps your output clean and as you intended.
.
Have a listen (headphones recomended) to our two setups here, the first 30 seconds is USB powered from a standard AC power hub. It's not imposing itself on the sound, but if you listen to that silence at the start, you've got unwanted noise. 😢
.
In the second setup, the noise just isn't there. The Silent Alchemist helped you avoid something you now won't need to clean up afterwards.
.
We're all about simplifying your process, with solutions that just work.
.
Setup info 1:
3 X USB Power ports used
1- Digitakt with 12V Step Up.
2-Korg Volca Drum 9V+ Step Up
Our Crazychain CC47N1 converts polarity and tip size to power the Chase Bliss Onward pedal.
3-Standard USB-C cable takes 5V and Powers the Zoom L6.
Setup info 2:
As above, regarding Audio.
The power setup is slightly different, each device gets it's own USB-C power source, so four in total.
.
If you would like to examine these setups, the screenshots in the video are taken from PowerMyGear, our free web tool for planning your power setup.
