"'the noise of silence' is a cardboard-sculpture with a lot of old tapes, which i builed at the wabi-sabi pavillion. ( http://wabi-sabi-pavillion.blogspot.co.at/ ). there is music captured by the tapes, but in that case the music is silent _ one can see the tapes, but it´s impossibl to hear the contents. it´s dedicated to one of my favorite composers - john cage, whose works have much to do with silence.
the music i did for the video was realised with rota-synth by trax, connected to sherman filterbank, a korg er1 with geigercounter by wmd, roland gaia synth and a piano."
The agressive bass is the Trax processed through the Sherman Filterbank. Background arp is the Gaia.

"This is a quick demonstration of the Peavey DSC-4 Dual Clock Stereo Chorus. I stumbled across this pink nightmare in a second hand store for cheap. It was hard to pass up being an analog pedal. And holy sh*t it's made in USA. After my not finding any demos out there I wanted to make a quick demo of my own.
The DSC-4 is a mono input, stereo output effect pedal. It uses a simple sine wave on MOD 2, and a rectified wave on MOD 1. Each side of the chorus has its own speed and depth controls. This is an analog pedal using an MN3101 clock chip to drive an MN3007 Bucket Brigade chip. The pedal is capable of having one of its outputs fed back into the input for obnoxious noises as I show in Part 3.
Part 1 - Oberheim Matrix-6 Synthesizer, one synth voice enabled.
Part 2 - Fender Strat
Part 3 - Feedback loop using OUT A. Warning: loud obnoxious sounds.
Recorded straight to a Tascam DR-05 from an Alesis Multimix-8 mixer.
No other effects were used. This being a stereo effect demo make sure to listen on some decent studio monitors or headphones."

"Here is your rare chance to own a Jomox Sunsyn Mk2 eight voice analog synthesizer. This synth is very rare, less than 200 made and you don't see them come up for sale more than a couple times a year. There is a reason for that: they sound incredible! Not only that but this is a rare Mk2 upgraded from a Mk1.
I don't think I've ever seen another Mk2 for sale. It costs a lot to ship it in for the upgrade and takes quite a while. With the V2.0 it's super stable and gives you no chance for issues. My favorite analog synthesizer, amazing analog sound that's very unique. NOTHING sounds like a Sunsyn. The routing and modulation capabilities are great and it's all very easy to use and hands on with minimal menu diving. The RCO's are fantastic and the variable four pole filter is one of the best I've used. It can do classic analog synth sounds but with the RCO and routing it reaches into new territory. 
This synth is in near mint shape and fully functional. Lightly used and was a backup in my studio. Sadly this is the last one I have to offer for sale. This is a V2, SN009x."

The previous owner got it signed by Richie Hawtin at a show in Mexico in 2001 apparently. When I bought the unit, all I cared about was that the unit was fully functioning. I didn't care about the signature. Obviously this signature will enhance or detract from the value of the machine based on whether or not you like Richie Hawtin. :-)"

I forget how much these cost when they were available new. Kind of an interesting look back at the unique controllers designed for specific synths. It will be interesting to see what manufactures do moving forward. The obvious would be custom editors on the iPad like Roland's editors for the new Jupiter-80, Jupiter-50 and Integra-7.

"This patch starts quiet and then gets loud quickly so don't turn your volume up too loud! The first sound you'll hear is the envelope being triggered at audio rate. Instead of using the envelope as a modulator, I'm using it as a sound source! Then the VCOs kick in and start rambling about. Enjoy!"
