Short clip with no audio. This one is in via SovietSportsTechno who noted it appears to be an upcoming controller from Melbourne Instruments. It appears to be customizable with motorized knobs, and buttons. As you can see in the video it's mapped to Ableton's mixer controls, but it would be fair to assume you will be able to map it to other paramaters.

"This video shows my current audiovisual piece with the "Silhouette Eins" synthesizer. This is a live recorded session done on 13th january 2025. It is a "Silhouette Eins" solo piece, no overdubs or additional effects were made in the postproduction. This piece will be performed live on Sat., 18th January 2025 at "Katarkt"-Festival, Hamburg as a world premiere. It shows a wide variety of sounds and multimedial connection between pictures and sound.

Buchla & Friends: VERMONA Eurorack Demo Setup

"Join us as we showcase our Eurorack setup at the *2025 Buchla & Friends event in Los Angeles on January 25 and 26*. This setup features most of our current modules, including the meloDICER and our latest addition, BASS|DRUM.

For this demonstration, we patched a simple subtractive voice using the uniCYCLE oscillator, twinVCFilter, and twinVCAmp. Two channels of fourMative CONTOURS create an Attack-Decay envelope to modulate the filter and VCA. A second uniCYCLE serves as the modulation source, controlling the frequency of the first oscillator.

No surprises here: the BASS|DRUM module delivers powerful bass drum sounds.

The twinCUSSION+ module handles additional percussion duties. Its first channel is used for various percussive elements, while the second acts as a snare drum. We also use its noise generator, combined with the second channels of twinVCFilter and twinVCAmp, to produce hi-hat sounds.

All sequencing is handled by the meloDICER for melodies and the randomRHYTHM module for rhythm parts. We added effects using Logic Pro for an extra layer of depth.

"Welcome to the soundset for the semi-modular synthesizer Behringer Model 15. "Explorer" is a collection of 50 experimental yet usable patches: 12 Leads, 10 Basses, 9 Plucks, 10 Arps, 6 Drones, and 3 Chords.
💾 This soundset offers aggressive, bright, detuned, freaky, noisy, atonal, metallic, generative, evolving, and rhythmic timbres. It stands in contrast to my previous release, "Analog Classics," where I focused on more regular, basic, and classical timbres.
In the "Explorer" bank of presets, I aimed to dive deeper into the modular nature of the Model 15, pushing its boundaries to achieve the most interesting and exciting results.

🎨 Some timbres are designed to take the lead in a track or jam session, while others work perfectly as complementary elements. The Nevsky Prospekt (Невский проспект) is a 4.5-kilometre-long street in the historic center of Saint Petersburg and one of the most famous streets in the world. The street was laid out between 1711 and 1721 as a link between the Admiralty in the west and the Alexander Nevsky Monastery in the east of the city. From the middle of the 18th century, it increasingly developed into a boulevard as the numerous local aristocrats had their residences built here. I have walked along this street several times myself and have always been impressed by its beauty and vibrancy. The street is the heart of the city. And Saint Petersburg is deeply rooted in my heart.

RK-008 MIDI FX : The MIDI Delay

"MIDI Delay is an effect from 'Ye olden MIDI days' to emulate a hardware audio delay with a timed note repeat. You can change the note's velocity and note increment per repeat. And the cool thing: It's always synced to the beat!

In this video I combine with another new MIDI FX called 'Note 2 CC' Which can transform MIDI note messages and convert it to a value for a MIDI Controller (like filters or volume, .. ). It's a 'midi-event-converter' which is also used on the RK002/MOD firmware. An example is to add extra expression to various synths which do not have velocity response by default but you can also use it to for example play a volume gate pattern solely with notes.

There are nice effects on their own but can be combined to create something completely new - and - hopefully inspiring."

"A piece created using the YAMAHA CS01, MU15, and KORG NTS-1.

On the MU15, I play modal harmonies that are processed with reverb and filters using NIGHTSKY. I apply modulation to the pitch to create a wavering effect in the notes.

The NTS-1 plays monophonic phrases that are routed through the ‪@ChaseBlissAudio‬ GENERATION LOSS MKII. I perform while applying its built-in reverb and manipulating the filter.

The sequences for both the MU15 and NTS-1 are controlled from a DAW.

The CS01 produces sounds with a slow attack, which I process through LOSSY and the DD-6 to achieve a lo-fi quality and adjust the tone for a prolonged release."
