The Hammond Novachord
video upload by AutomaticGainsay
"Here is a project that explores the history of the Novachord, goes in-depth in the examination of a piece of promotional literature released by Hammond to advertise the Novachord when it was a product, and a retelling of my experience of acquiring and owning a Novachord back in 2000 (with footage from that time). "
Evolving Riddle
video upload by Memetune Studio
"Some ambient fun on 90’s synths
I used to be afraid of 90s synths - very afraid
My album 20 Systems stopped short of the 90s because I was scared of what happened next - it went all Rompler, and workstation, and presets, and tiny complicated interfaces with tiny silly screens and, like, two buttons to navigate the most complex synths ever made
But recently, I am learning to love my 90s synths. Some of the best and most beautiful sounding instruments were made in the 1990s and here are four of them - the Alesis Quadrasynth (1993) , a true 4-Layer Rompler with dual integrated FX units. The Yamaha TG33 desktop synth (1990) - using a hand-me-down straight from the Sequential Prophet VS, including a crazy vector-dial. Thirdly, the Waldorf Microwave-2 (1997) - a direct descendant of the PPG Wave series of wavetable synths. And finally the Roland JV1080 (1994) - their flagship Rompler derived from (and vastly expanded upon) the legendary D50 LA synth
I also added a plethora of vintage FX units to the mix (through the Neve 88D) - a Lexicon Model 200, Prime Time 95, AMS RMX16, Quantec QRS, and Eventide H3000 (the blue one) for good measure
The video doesn’t matter here - it’s about the s o u n d today
Thanks for listening"

Xaoc Devices Introduces Zlin 1982 Crossfader
video upload by Xaoc Devices
"Please welcome a new member of the Xaoc Devices Eurorack modules family. Zlin [zlin] is a small utility module (only 3HP!) that can act as an audio signal and CV cross-fader, a linear VCA with drone control, a ducking VCA, or a feedback controller. It is a tool perfect for any modular environment - a missing piece of the puzzle greatly enhancing the creative potential of any system. Use it to construct unusual waveforms, simulate classic subtractive-style dynamic timbre shaping without the need for any filters, or simply morph between rich signals.
As Zlin is DC-coupled and built around a modern high-quality dual VCA chip, it delivers a wide dynamic range with low noise and distortion. A slider potentiometer with an illuminated LED provides visual feedback of the module’s state. An auxiliary jack with three selectable functions adds further flexibility for creative patching.
Main features:
width 3HP
depth 32mm (including cable bracket)
+25mA/-15mA
voltage and manually controlled cross-fader
linear, DC-coupled VCA with drone and duck functions
feedback controller
visual indication of mix ratio
AUX jack for patching tricks
PRICE: 100 EUR MSRP, available now!"

Error Instruments Introduces Indian Resonator Standalone
video upload by errorinstruments paul tas

"✨ The Indian Resonator — now in standalone form! ✨
After years of success in Eurorack, it’s finally here — the Indian Resonator Standalone.
You asked for it… and we made it happen.
🎛️ Two self-oscillating resonant filters that modulate each other — creating deep, organic, harmonic textures.
Somewhere between a synthesizer and an Indian flute.
Warm sub-bass meets airy, flute-like highs — the “air” in the sound. 🌬️
☀️ The standalone version adds something special:
Three light-controlled modulation oscillators — play it with your hands or experiment with light!
Turn each sensor on/off, or control everything with CV.
Perfect between your guitar pedals, Teenage Engineering, or Korg Volca setup.
And yes — it’s still Eurorack compatible. ⚡
🔌 Includes power supply + demo video.
Available now."
PlantsSystem-Pattern01
video upload by plantssystem
"'Pattern01' is an electro track built upon the generative interplay of rhythm and tone, created with the Korg iMS-20. Within the tension between control and unpredictability, sonic particles drift and reorganize, maintaining a fragile sense of order while constantly evolving.
The beat moves autonomously, revealing a process where the structure of sound seems to generate itself.
Beneath the mechanical precision lies a subtle trace of human emotion, as shifting tones and self-replicating grooves coexist in a delicate balance."

Korg Wavestate - "Halloween" 🎃 FREE Soundset (22 Performances)
video upload by LFOstore
"LF🎃 Store is your sonic sanctuary in a haunted world 👻 Unearth the beauty you can’t escape! «Halloween» is a soundset full of beautifully terrifying sounds. This delightfully chilling collection of 22 exclusive presets for the Korg Wavestate is echoes of light in the our dark times and captures the fun and fright of Halloween, perfect for music production, live scares, or seasonal projects. Designed with pleasure by OttO K. Schwarz, renowned sound designer and master of sonic storytelling.
To make the installation process easier, we decided not to use any external samples (even though this could have significantly strengthened this soundset), but tried to squeeze the maximum out of the built-in sounds of the synthesizer. We're truly grateful to our audience, so we've decided to make this soundtrack free of charge to share the well mood and joy of the upcoming holiday with you.
Please find the soundset here - https://ottolfo.sellfy.store/wavestate"

"Another item from the ARP collection: Here's the original vintage Black and Gold-finished Mk I ARP AXXE model 2312 - with unit's serial number 2312 ! - at an affordable entry-level point. It has original ARP upgrade PPC kit yet installed replacing the rotary pitch bend knob. A white overlay is provided for the signal flow diagram (see pictures). Optionally, as the original front panel graphics are gone, we’ve given it a nice touch with hand-painted gold detailing. Like its sibling the Odyssey, the AXXE has its own unique voice: while you’ll get that unmistakable ARP analog character, it also can opens the door to a variety of sounds — from thick, punchy basses to bright, sizzling leads — all for a fraction of the cost. Plus, it’s got a few fun tricks up its sleeve that you can appreciate on this explicit video from Starsky Carr: https://youtu.be/-6NHVLVJgpA?feature=shared . In working condition overall, though there’s a bit of crackling here and there, so a good cleaning is recommended - sold as is. As a great bonus are the connections on the back allowing an external synth or signal to be processed along with CV, Gate and Trigger inputs and outputs plus a control pedal input for the filter. Standard IEC power lead not included. [ If you’re purchasing from outside the EU, please be ready to provide any details that might be needed — thanks for understanding! ] Will be packed thoughtfully."

Analogue Solutions Semblance: 4 Voice

Additional NOISEBUG Listings
"SUPER RARE!
Pristine condition - Fully functional, Comes assembled to a 13U rack.
Semblance / 4Voice is a self contained TRUE analogue synthesiser. The voice circuitry is entirely analogue, using all discrete and op-amp components. There is no voice DSP happening! Semblance / 4Voice has a similar sound and specifi cation to the classic Oberheim SEM, but with many improvements such as MIDI, Noise, more modulation. Note however, Semblance is not intended to be and is not a clone of the SEM. If you want a true SEM sound, buy a SEM! The 4Voice version has a Poly mode, to allow four the voices to be used as one big 4-voice poly synth"
Unique Modded Yamaha CS30 Modded DUOPHONIC Midi Synth

"This is a rare 1977 cs30. Yamaha’s most complex mono synth. The closest thing Yamaha made to a modular system. This one was modded specifically for me. Individual cv inputs for the 2 oscillators and individual gate inputs for all 3 egs. I have this hooked up to 2 Kenton Pro-Solo midi/cv converts. One is set to low note, one to high note. Now this synth plays like a classic duophonic synth like the Odyssey, sh7, etc through any midi keyboard or sequencer. Both midi converters and cables are included. It also has custom wood end pieces. I will also include the original plastic ones. This is a crazy synth with 2 oscillators, sub osc, 3 egs, 1 lfo, ring mod, cross mod, 2 multi mode filters, 2 amps, 8 step sequencer that can trigger any of the egs so you can make complex lfo shapes and modulate anything. Tons of modulation options everywhere. Even the external input can be a mod source and the lfo can be different shapes at different destinations and be effected by an eg. Amazing synth. Everything works perfectly. It should be noted that when using the cv/midi, some functions like detuning and portamento do not work. But the Kentons can do both and even add tuning range and extra LFOs."

Maestro Rhythm King MK1 SN M-10402 w/ Operation Instructions Model MRK-1

"It's not everyday you're in the presence of royalty but get yourself a Maestro Rhythm King (like this one here, of course) and you will be! The Maestro Rhythm King is a legend and this Mark I version is even harder to find these days. Sly from Sly and the Family Stone used a Rhythm King, so did Shuggie Otis as well as many others and now it's your chance.
Fat, musical, Analog goodness await you with this oft-recorded vintage beat machine. Use the manual keys to add unique flavor to the already flavorful preset rhythms and you can even combine any two or three preset rhythms for even more variations. This thing looks amazing, sounds even better, will inspire your creativity, add Analog sweetness to your tracks or live performances and if you ever get tired of having it around (you probably never will) just sample the sounds on to your DAW and sell it for what you paid for it or more. That's the beauty of great vintage gear!"

A Modern Classic Eurorack LPG New & Improved in STEREO!! // Stereo State Gate Stereo Field from SSF
video upload by DivKid
"Here we have the new 'stereo field' version of the Steady State Gate from SSF (Steady State Fate). It's a revamped circuit design with added features and new stereo functions that builds on what I think is a bit of a modern classic, the Steady State Gate from 2022. It's a re imagining and expanded LPG or low pass gate that has on board wave shaping, versatile filtering options and stereo field (stereo image, creation, control and modulation thereof) controls. It's beautifully musical and dynamic, check out the patches below."
"The Steady State Gate Stereo Field (SSGSF) is a stereo low-pass gate module combining dynamic filtering, timbre shaping, and stereo field control to produce rich, evolving textures with spatial effects. Suitable for both stereo and mono sources, it offers extensive modulation possibilities for expressive sound design.
Newly designed signal path with updated Timbre and Qaos response and control.
True stereo design utilizing a curated mid-side signal chain that provides processing features for stereo, as well as mono input signals.
Stereo and mono signal processing including psychoacoustic panning and stereo field enhancement with voltage control and two 'FIELD" modes.
New CV/GATE LPG control input. Can be used simultaneously with EXCITE for more dynamic and rhythmic effects."

Error Instruments Introduces Error Mixer Eurorack Module
video upload by errorinstruments paul tas
"Something New and Special — the Error Mixer
Meet the Feedback Mixer — a five-input mixer with a twist.
At first glance, it works like a regular compact mixer. But hidden inside is a wild feature: an extra output with extremely high gain.
Feed this output back into the mixer and things start to get beautifully chaotic — intense distortion, bit-crushed textures, and raw, unpredictable feedback tones.
When pushed, it can even self-oscillate with no input, creating wild, evolving soundscapes on its own.
The magic happens when you blend this feedback madness with other sounds — it can add grit, energy, and edge to anything, especially drums or Acid-style basslines.
• 6HP wide – small but powerful
• Extreme gain for raw feedback experiments
• Perfect for distortion, noise, and texture creation
• Available assembled or as a DIY workshop kit
• Affordable and seriously fun
Get ready for crunch, chaos, and creativity — the Error Mixer is not your average mixer."

Minimal electronic with norns shield & OP-1 field : Extreme Drop 2025-10-21 by atnr
video upload by atnr
"A piece created with norns shield and @teenageengineering OP-1 field.
A minimal ambient composition built from looping phrases and reverb-soaked synth pads that subtly shift in tone and rhythm.
On the norns shield, the script AWAKE is used to sequence the phrases. The trigger probability is set around 60–70%, creating a semi-random timing for each note. The phrase patterns are controlled via monome grid.
On the OP-1 field, harmonic synth pads are recorded live and looped on the spot, with additional hand-played layers performed over the loops.
Using @ChaseBlissAudio LOSSY, effects are applied to the norns shield’s sound. In the early section, a filter is manipulated to fade the sound in, while in the outro the tone shifts toward a more lo-fi texture.

NEW 2025 Optigan Disc - VIOLASCAPE featuring Batya MacAdam-Somer
video upload by optigandotcom
"Now available from the Quilter Labs web store! https://www.quilterlabs.com/collectio...
VIOLASCAPE is the latest in our "scape" series of discs, particularly suited to creating rhythmic chordal textures. Our friend, violinist Batya MacAdam-Somer (https://www.batyamacadamsomer.com/) is featured on viola.
The time signature of this disc is 11/16, which means that if you play chord changes timed in a more familiar meter like 4/4 or 3/4, the rhythms of the music repeat over a longer cycle, creating more complexity. The chord buttons are simple pizzicato patterns that can be combined to create more complex interlocking rhythms and extended harmonies. The keyboard features bowed notes in a rhythmic pattern, offset with each other to create complex composite patterns when you hold down chords. The SFX tabs are similarly bowed patterns on 5ths.
