"Hi all! Finally, Neural Form is here.

It took me a while to finish this album, but I’m really happy to finally share these 12 new tracks with you.

The entire album was created using the Moog Matriarch, Novation Peak, Elektron Octatrack MKII, OXI One, Hologram Microcosm, and Arturia MicroFreak.

A lot of experimenting, sequencing, sound design, and late nights went into these tracks. I hope you enjoy listening to Neural Form as much as I enjoyed making it.

TRON: Legacy – End Titles | Synth Cover

"Meu desprentesioso cover de “End Titles”, da trilha de TRON: Legacy, composta pelo Daft Punk. Sequenciei a performance no MPC Keys 61 e gravei tudo ao vivo , contando principalmente com o Donner B1 como synth principal.

O Donner B1 traz os sons inspirados na TB-303, já tem overdrive e delay embutidos, o que facilita chegar numa sonoridade mais próxima do synth da trilha. A Roland TR-6S faz a bateria, com compressor e um filtro low pass para a parte final; o Air JURA no MPC e o EMW VPoly 6X ficaram responsáveis pelos pads e o Behringer Solina, por strings. O lead fica com o Moog Sub 37, com sub oscilador na parte final."

"My casual cover of 'End Titles' from the *TRON: Legacy* soundtrack, composed by Daft Punk. I sequenced the performance on the MPC Keys 61 and recorded everything live, relying primarily on the Donner B1 as the main synth.

The Donner B1 delivers TB-303-inspired sounds and features built-in overdrive and delay, making it easier to achieve a tone close to the original soundtrack synth. The Roland TR-6S handles the drums, using a compressor and a low-pass filter for the final section; the Air JURA (on the MPC) and the EMW VPoly 6X cover the pads, while the Behringer Solina handles the strings. The lead part is played by the Moog Sub 37, incorporating a sub-oscillator during the finale."

"Play with Sonicware Deconstruct Minimal in cafe near the Pier, with beautiful sea view and islands in distance. Pier 88 - it's fictional title, just some memory flashbacks, original pier name is Chalong Bay Pier.

It's not simple track play - I build it from the scratch and improvising with rhythms, timbres and acid line.

"An electronica piece built from twisting rhythm patterns and tightly repeating loops.

This piece was created with the volca fm2, TR-08, and OP-1 field.

On the volca fm2, two patterns are switched during playback while the NIGHTSKY adds filtering and reverb.

On the OP-1 field, a short-decay sequence is looped using the ENDLESS sequencer. A loop recorded with the MICROCOSM PHRASE LOOPER is layered over it while being played back in reverse.

On the TR-08, a rhythm pattern is played while the MOOD MKII applies pitch shifting.

Waldorf Wave (48 voice) Emulation in Software

"This video showcases my software recreation of the legendary Waldorf Wave—a hybrid wavetable synthesizer known for its huge digital oscillators, analogue filters and unusually complex hardware architecture.

The project is built in C++ using JUCE and is available as a standalone instrument and plug-in. Rather than simply making a modern synth that sounds similar, I’ve tried to reproduce the structure and behaviour of the original machine.

The emulation models:

• The Wave’s 250 kHz, 8-bit time-multiplexed wavetable oscillator system
• Signed mixer overflow—including the characteristic Waldorf “ASIC Mix Bug”
• Digital 12 dB high-pass filtering
• CEM3387-style reconstruction filtering, resonant four-pole low-pass filtering, VCAs and panning
• 12-bit stepped control voltages, sample-and-hold behaviour, saturation, noise and output coupling
• Three independent 16-voice WDV boards, matching a fully expanded 48-voice Wave
• The original 480 × 64 monochrome LCD and front-panel workflow

The instrument can also run authenticated Waldorf Wave OS 1.700 firmware. An emulated 68000 CPU executes the original main operating system, while a second runtime executes the genuine WDV voice-board program. Their shared-memory communication, voice-update masks, semaphores and hardware-register writes are reproduced and traced inside the model.

The oscillator ASIC itself remains undocumented, so its internal operation is represented by a behavioural model based on the Wave’s published architecture, firmware activity and known hardware characteristics. This is therefore an ongoing reverse-engineering and preservation project—not a claim of perfect, bit-exact emulation.
