PlantsSystem-U・O
video upload by plantssystem
"PlantsSystem latest track, 'U・O' is an experimental electronic piece created using the iOS app Sector. Rhythms and melodies constantly transform, like sound particles reconstructing within a circle. Amidst the flow of sound, where randomness and order intertwine, fragments of the sound of YMO flash back at unexpected moments—a nostalgia evoking memories of techno pop, yet simultaneously a futuristic surge of electronic sound. This track is a vivid demonstration by PlantsSystem of the poetry of sound born from the randomness of digital technology."

video upload by Olympia Noise Co.
"In this video, Patterning : Drum Machine developer Ben Kamen demonstrates using Patterning 3 as a MIDI sequencer to control a Eurorack modular synthesizer and builds drum and percussive sounds from the ground up. Starting from basic kick and tom patches, learn how to shape hi-hats with noise sources, add punch with pitch envelopes, and introduce melodic variations using MIDI.

Synthesizing with Moog | Lesson 4: Original Soundtrack
video upload by Moog Music
Synthesizing with Moog
"The soundtrack from the fourth episode of Synthesizing with Moog invites you to dive deep into one of the synthesizers signature components, the Voltage-Controlled Filter. While different oscillator shapes could create a bed of tone and harmonics, the Voltage-Controlled Filter allowed musicians to sculpt a distinct sound out of all those harmonics and even shape that sound over time.
We hope you enjoy this music created by Moog electronic musical instrument experts Max Ravitz ( / patriciaaa ) and Gunnar Haslam ( @lasynthesehumaine6932 ).

"The soundtrack from the third episode of Synthesizing with Moog invites you to dive deep into 'Vibrations' and their the source on the synthesizer – the oscillator. We also dive into the topics of harmonics, looking at how the shape of oscillation creates distinct tones with different harmonic characteristics.

Anthony Marinelli Music Synth Studio Revealed | Studio Tour 2025
video upload by Anthony Marinelli Music
"I finally agreed to make a video showing my synthesizer studio. I'm NOT a collector, so you'll see the instruments I've used for over four decades to do my work. It's also my space for composing. In this deep dive studio tour, I walk you through every corner of my space, showing how everything’s connected for performing, recording, and creative flow.
You’ll see icons like the 'Plantasia' Moog Modular IIIc, Synclavier II, Rhodes Chroma with Expander & Enabler, Oberheim Four Voice, Elka Synthex, Roland Jupiter 8, Sequential Circuits Prophet-5, ARP 2600s, Korg MS modular synths, some classic Minimoog — plus a few modern synths I’ve added as I look to the future. Alongside the synths are vintage drum machines, string machines, and rare electric keyboards including a 1973 Fender Rhodes Suitcase and Hohner Clavinet/Pianet Duo.
We'll also explore racks of outboard gear, vocoder units, tape echoes, and a vast array of my custom guitar pedal options, efx pedal boards and studio effects racks that make this room endlessly inspiring. I'll also reveal how my entire studio is designed for instant creativity, featuring 48 channels of synth drivers and stage boxes, so any synth can be patched and recorded on the fly."

Ambient Music with Prophet-10 x Nord Lead Pelle Mode x OP-1 field | Isthmus 2025-11-03 by atnr
video upload by atnr
"This piece was created using @SequentialLLC Prophet-10, @NordKeyboards Nord Lead, and @teenageengineering OP-1 field. Set against the sound of flowing water, it features the distorted tones of the Nord Lead’s Pelle mode and softly resonating harmonies, forming a tranquil ambient composition.
The Prophet-10 is connected to the @strymon blueSky, adding rich reverb to its sound.
The Nord Lead is played in Pelle mode, producing a warm, distorted tone. Its output passes through the @strymon NIGHTSKY for reverb and filtering, and then through the @ChaseBlissAudio GENERATION LOSS MKII, which adds a subtle tape effect.
On the OP-1 field, environmental sounds containing water ambience are played continuously using the HOLD sequencer. The playback position is adjusted to vary the texture of the loop throughout the piece."

Pure Filter Satisfaction - The Stylophone CPM DF-8
video upload by Stylophone
"PURE FILTER SATISFACTION CPM DF-8 - Beauty & the Beast of all filters. Release date is 20th Nov - No Pre-order required."
Check with dealers on the right for availability.
"The Beauty is in our smooth, discrete analog recreation of a 2045 (24 dB/oct) LP filter that has been used to great effect by artists such as Massive Attack, Radiohead, and for that distinctive 90s nostalgic filter house sound synonymous with Daft Punk.
The Beast is our proprietary analog GEN R-8 (12 dB/oct) filter that can snarl and howl in all modes (LP, BP, HP, NOTCH).
We then decided to combine the 2045 Lowpass filter with the Highpass of the GEN R-8 to create three additional filter types, a Bandpass (BP+), a phaser-like Band Reject (BR+), and a very wide Notch filter (NOTCH+), for some truly unique filter sounds.
Both filter channels have all eight filter types and are controlled by two full ADSR envelopes with multiple trigger modes to cater for every need. They can be triggered by a gate signal, by an audio signal threshold, by a manual trigger button, and they can even auto-repeat in a loop mode, acting as LFOs.
The release date is the 20th of November. Available from stylophone.com and all good music stores."
