Moog MemoryMoog Plus Synth With Chase Bliss CXM 1978

video upload by Osceeulator

"A nice brassy string/pad patch from the Moog Memorymoog running through the presets of the Chase Bliss CXM 1978 Reverb. Also this Memorymoog has the stereo mod, so everything you hear is in stereo. Let me know what you think in the comments or what you want to see next. Enjoy!"

Korg Polysix synth, Chase Bliss CXM 1978, Glou Glou Deja Vu, Red Panda Particle delay, Meris Enzo

video upload by Osceeulator

"PLEASE LISTEN IN STEREO

In this video I give my new pedalboard build a run through with the Korg Polysix synth. With the Korg Polysix being mono I decided to use the headphone out jack with a TRS split cable to achieve “stereo” before it hit my stereo pedalboard. Notice the locations of each pedal in the stereo field listed below... (left pan, center pan, right pan).

Main pedals that are being used are

Neon Egg Planetarium V2 plus Behringer RD8 for sidechain (top left; center pan) -
At first im only using the compressor feature on it (probably should have left it off due to the increase in hiss/noise) then i add in the stereo Chorus around 2:44 until i hit the 5:35 mark when i activate the RD8 drum machine. When this happens im sending the cowbell signal from the RD8 (4 on the floor) to the sidechain input of the Neon Egg Planetarium V2. Then..... BOUNCE

Next pedal I introduce is the

Red Panda Particle Delay V1 (bottom right white pedal, left pan)-
Setting is a nice decaying delay

Next I bring in the

Glou Glou Deja Vu (bottom left blue pedal, right pan)-
A nice underwater experience with a phaser/vibrato as well as a filter being controlled by separate LFOs

Then I turn on the

Chase Bliss CXM 1978 (top right white pedal, center pan)-
This completely meshes and melds the right and left field together to create the sonic bliss that you hear

From there I remove the Glou Glou in the signal chain from the Bored Brain Patchulator 8000 and connect the

Meris Enzo (bottom right good pedal, right pan) -

I go through various settings and sounds with the meris but it some cases this truly adds that missing exciting element to a soundscape like no other pedal can, it’s honestly remarkable what you put in to it and what it computes out!"

Gotharman's SpazeDrum & Moog Subharmonicon

Phaneronaut

"An evening jam with Gotharman's fantastic SpazeDrum and the Moog Subharmonicon. The SpazeDrum clocks the Subharmonicon, an the Neon-Egg Planetarium provides effects (plus some gentle sidechaining) for the Subharmonicon. A little bit of reverb was added to the SpazeDrum during mixing.

Playing live with nuclear instruments and unknown synths

Published on Dec 16, 2019 HAINBACH

Some new gear in the second half of the video includes the Herbs and Stones Liquid Foam and the Neon Egg Planetarium (demos below).

"In which I play an improvised live show with a setup that is new and barely rehearsed.

Usually when I play live, I like to work with the setup I have had for the past three years. In fact, the reason for this channel was that I needed an audience to get better at improvising on my instruments, the camera became an important tool to get good it. But after five weeks of doing art projects, theatre soundtracks and live performances I was burned out. So I decided to play myself a little bit - I choose a completely new setup. Only the Plumbutter was with me on stage before, the rest, including FX and mixer, are studio pieces. Some, such as the Boxcar I had never used in that function before, and one synth had just arrived that day. I did not even know if I could safely travel with the nuclear instrumentation modular rack, without it breaking. The excitement of trying something new helped break the block I felt and I had a good time at the show.

Neon Egg Planetarium - Sidechain Compressor, Reverb, Delay, Chorus

Published on Feb 8, 2019 NEON EGG

"This is the Planetarium from Neon Egg.

It's a stereo reverb and chorus, running into a delay (with stereo modulation) which then runs into a compressor (with external sidechain).

Create beautiful tapey wobbly reverb tails from any instrument, then sidechain it live to a drummer (or anything else) without needing a computer or click track."
