"This unit has been professionally refurbished and had the following work done to it, requiring 11 hours of highly skilled vintage tech time plus parts costs to make this unit better and probably more costly than others on the market.
-Cleaned unit inside and out. -Replaced all tact switches with new ones so all buttons work reliably, with a light touch. -Replaced original display with a new one that's easier to read under all lighting. -Replaced original slide pot with a perfectly working new one. -Cleaned rotary pots. -Replaced battery with a new one. -Recapped power supply as a preventative measure so this unit hopefully outlasts others. -Replaced terminals for ground wire (x8) PT (x5) (Another preventative measure) -Cleaned key contacts. -Replaced aftertouch sensor with new one, which is usually necessary. -Performed multiple burn in tests. -Verified that all functions are working properly."
"Unlike most items of its type these days, this unit has been fully serviced by professionals and sold by professionals and is in perfect working order and will be packed properly.
Sale includes 3 prong power cord.
Here’s the work we paid our tech to do so you shouldn’t have to pay someone else to do it. This is of course reflected in its price:
Replaced battery (preventative) Reloaded sounds from cartridge (ROM6) Replaced all tact switches since these normally go bad over time (preventative) Replaced data slider Replaced power supply capacitors (preventative)"

WMD's Skorpion is a next-generation analog wavefolder module that redefines how timbre can be manipulated and modulated in the modular environment. Featuring eight cascading fold stages controlled by a powerful vector core, Skorpion introduces a dynamic system of thresholds and voltage targets, allowing users to morph basic waveforms into harmonically rich, evolving shapes. Its hands-on slider interface offers intuitive control over folding behavior, modulation depths, and macro animation, while the hybrid analog-digital architecture ensures both sonic depth and interface precision. Whether you're after subtle saturation or full-spectrum harmonic chaos, Skorpion provides a versatile platform for creative signal transformation.
Beyond its core wavefolding capabilities, Skorpion offers a wide array of modulation tools including a dedicated macro envelope, internal LFOs, CV routing, and stereo widening functions. Unique features like target Order, Sync modes, and symmetrical/asymmetrical modulation application give users the power to craft entirely original textures with fine-tuned control. Designed to be both exploratory and exacting, Skorpion delivers a deep synthesis experience for sound designers, live performers, and modular enthusiasts alike.

The previous announced sequencer Overlapping Voltage Source is now in stock as well. And there’s a few left of the joystick controlled Nested Vector Oscillator."
"I had both of these side by side and figured it was now or never - do a brief comparison of the two head to head. What's interesting is listening to the Prophet VS filter afterwards it didn't sound so 'TB-303' like as it did when I recorded it. It sounded more tame. It was a bit depressing, but I guess that's part of what is important to hear - differences between what's recorded and what's heard live.
A few notes: if you listen on a phone, you really won’t hear ANY differences mention, lol. I don’t hear the aliasing on the PVS.
You can initialize the PVS patch as well holding enter and pressing zero. I didn’t do that here because it puts all 4 oscillators on using different waveforms, which isn’t really initialized for my purposes.
Also - I want to comment about something that annoys me. If I ever want to look up anything on the "Prophet VS" it comes up as thinking it means 'versus' so I hardly find any information about the VS.
Adam B. from Kraft Music plays the Korg Wavestate module (with Keystage controller), showing a variety of sounds.
The Korg Wavestate MkII represents the next step in Wave Sequencing synthesis, originally introduced by the legendary Wavestation. Using Wave Sequencing 2.0 and gigabytes of raw samples, Wavestate MkII delivers astonishing, ever-changing sounds with extensive hands-on control. Wavestate MkII's extensive modulation capability includes Vector control of its four layers, while onboard effects and modeled filters, including MS-20 and Polysix, add additional sound-shaping character. Compared to the original Wavestate, Wavestate MkII expands polyphony from 64 to 96 stereo voices, while Wavestate Module offers a staggering 120 stereo voices.
Korg Keystage is the ultimate MIDI keyboard solution for producers and stage performers, putting unparalleled integration and control at your fingertips. Featuring a keybed with outstanding touch response, Polyphonic/Channel Aftertouch and MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression) compatibility, Keystage offers hands-on control and instant visual feedback through its parameter-dedicated OLED screens.

"What if your synth reshaped reality?
Alice-9 is the next-generation sample-based synthesizer forged from the chaos of the unknown and built for creators who refuse to follow.
Powered by SCO technology, and infused with analog soul, AL9 isn’t here to emulate.
It’s here to change the rules.
🎛 Real movement, deep stereo placement, aging imperfection, and punchy compression.
🎶 Every preset is a twist. Every sound a move. Every session, your next breakthrough.
This isn’t just another synth.
This is the edge of synthesis.
Choose your sound. Be the one who rewrite the rules.
Alice-9 (AL9) is a next-generation sample-based synthesizer in the digital domain, part of the Marea virtual instrument series, and powered by the innovative MUST (Modular Unified Synthesis Technology). Early testers have described it as an instrument with a deeply organic and varied sound palette — evocative of iconic synthesizers from the 1990s and early 2000s. AL9 redefines what a sample-based synth can be, merging analog realism, playable feel, and modern digital power into a single instrument. Available in VST3, AU, and AAX formats, ensuring integration with all major DAWs. Use code: ALICESPECIAL at checkout for 41% off until August 31, 2025!
The first users compared AL9 to walking into a music store in the 1990s, hearing a synth that delivers something new and inspiring with each preset. That rare sensation of immediacy, depth, and musicality — the feeling of a “real instrument” — is the essence of AL9.
Made to Inspire The architecture of AL9 goes far beyond sample playback or wavetable synthesis. Its sound engine is built around SCO (Sample-Controlled Oscillator), a high-resolution resampling system capable of reproducing natural analog behaviors such as frequency drift and evolving dynamics. Unlike typical static samplers or rigid waveforms, AL9’s oscillators breathe and shift like their analog ancestors.
This realism is further enhanced by the proprietary Superstereo system for natural stereo placement , the Age control that adds subtle imperfections, emulating the warmth of aged hardware and Integrated multiband dynamics processor inspired by the popular OTT compression paradigm, delivering musical glue and energetic punch.
Whether you're chasing nostalgia or forging new paths in sound design, AL9 provides an inspiring playground that rewards musicianship and creativity.
Beyond Emulation The idea for THING originated during the development of Thing (TH8 – TH5) — an emulation of a classic 1980s DCO synth. During that process, a question arose: what if, instead of replicating digital waveforms, we could capture and reproduce the actual behavior of an analog VCO? What if we could push timbral diversity beyond the limitations of traditional synthesis methods?
