"The Elektron SFX-6 Monomachine keyboard has been out of production for several years now. This one is in excellent condition.
The Monomachine combines several types of synthesizers with an intuitive beat-box-style programming interface. Think of it as five synthesizers in one package with a flexible sequencer and plenty of real-time controls for a unique twist on desktop music machines! It has 6-part multitimbral capability which allows for up to 6 mono-synth sounds at once, or a single 6-voice polyphonic sound.

"Here is a really nice, fully serviced, first gen/transition era Arp Pro/DGX;
This machine features the classic Moog design 4034 VCF ladder filter abandoned shortly after the DGXs' release due to patent infringement. This is a desirable machine as you get best of both worlds: the classic Arp Pro Soloist sound with the benefit of latching solid-state voice selection.
This board has been completely disassembled, cleaned & serviced with only high quality replacement parts added in. Well over 100 parts have been replaced including all capacitors; electrolytics & tanatalum (Sprague, Panasonic), film and ceramic disc caps (TDK film) in each and every PCB module, including the VCF, power supply, keyboard, etc... Other goodies include an IEC break-away power connector, refurbished keyboard with new key bushings and after-touch sensor. All original sliders were disassembled, cleaned and lubed.
Tuned, calibrated and ready to go!"

Korg MS 10 + UNO DRUM // PURE ANALOG
Published on Oct 16, 2019 LESINDES
"This is the 2nd episode of PURE ANALOG starring the first real VINTAGE SYNTH here KORG MS-10 -- a project to find out and show the qualities of analog synthesizers and eventually also hybrids. And exciting Question is also how contemporary synths like this lush GRP A-2 or EREBUS NYX compare to vintage legends like MINIMOOG or ARP ODYSSEY or ROLAND JUPITER 4 etc. So this piece will be played and performed with different synths in the future track by track recorded in DAW without any equing or otherwise processed in DAW, no add modulation, reverb, saturatio or other FX. Only a mastering compressor, EQ and Limiter is used on the sum. So what you hear is completely un-FX-ed material -- almost impossible to find these days!!!"
Analogue Pocket - New Open Source Nintendo Gameboy w/ Nanoloop
Uploaded on Oct 16, 2019 Analogue Pocket Nanoloop Demos
via Analogue Pocket
"Pocket has a digital audio workstation built in called Nanoloop. It’s a synthesizer and a sequencer. Designed for music creation and live performance. Shape, stretch and morph sounds. Capture music or play and sculpt live.
Head over to www.analogue.co for more details on Analogue Pocket and Nanoloop.
*Video and audio footage is not captured on an Analogue Pocket and is showcased for demo purposes only. The final version of Nanoloop for Analogue Pocket is in development and subject to change.*"
Pocket is shipping in 2020 for $199.
What's key here is the following:
"Pocket is designed for development. We added a second dedicated just for developers to develop & port their own cores."
Should be interesting to see if any new synth apps are made for it. Sunvox, Electroplankton, and Korg DS-10 come to mind.

John Carpenter's Halloween soundtrack performed on the Dave Smith Instruments OB6 synthesizer
Published on Oct 16, 2019 Sean Christopher Evoking Emotion with Synthesizers
"It's October, so I thought some classic synth horror movie soundtrack music was in order, so I present to you John Carpenter's iconic Halloween soundtrack music.
John Howard Carpenter is an American filmmaker, screenwriter and composer. Although Carpenter has worked with various movie genres, he is associated most commonly with horror, action, and science fiction films of the 1970s and 1980s....including 1978's classic Halloween and its subsequent sequels.
These pieces were multitracked to Cubase entirely from the OB6. I did use some Valhalla reverb though, as I do love their reverbs."

Elektron Analog Heat Dirtying Up a Model:Samples + Digitone
Published on Oct 16, 2019 Perfect Circuit
"Sometimes your digital drum machine or groove box is just a little too clean sounding, and the Elektron Analog Heat MKII is a great option for either roughing up the sound or completely destroying it. The Heat is a distortion with 8 modes from a subtle boost or saturation to fuzzes. It also features a multimode filter and EQ as well as envelope followers and VCA so it can be used as a compressor.
The recent OS version 1.2 update for the Analog Heat allows it to be used as a class compliant USB device. The sound sources for this video are the Elektron Digitone and Elektron Model:Samples."

Analogue Solutions Impulse Command Synth
Note: Auction links are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.
via this auction
"Impulse Command is a compact true analogue synth in a neat, smart, package. When we say ‘real analogue’ we mean that the entire audio path (aside from the post effects of course!) and all modulation are entirely analogue, using circuits based on awesome sounding vintage 1970s designs. Their circuits are not locked down by CPUs. Controls are not quantised and read by CPUs. With the exception of the essential digital elements (that is MIDI conversion, sequencer control and digital delay/reverb), Impulse Command really is analogue and the sound benefit is immediately apparent!
The synth has been designed by Tom Carpenter, a musician and a big fan of electronic music. He knows how to program a synth and what should be expected. It was not designed by an engineer or steered by committee or men in suits. Design wasn’t constrained in order to bring maximum profit to share holders! So, the modulation choices and range of sounds they produced have all been carefully thought out and quickly give you those sounds you want: huge bass, synth leads, percussion, effects, modular style sounds."

"The Shnth connects via USB to a host computer, a patch is loaded and then it functions as a (very) tactile, standalone synth.
It can be programmed with either the graphic programming application "fish" or with the programming language 'schlisp'.
I will upload a patch to the Shnth to get you going and include a memory stick with manual & example patches & info gleaned from the Mass Shnth Blog group on Facebook (Well worth joining, it's an invaluable resource.)
There is a series of 3 tutorial videos that will get you started.
From Peter's synthmall website:
'The SHNTH, a computer music device by SHBOBO, features the ARM Cortex 32 bit processor.
It connects via USB to host computer (windows, linux, or macintosh) which may read its squish data, or program the standalone synthesizer in the computer music language, SHLISP.
A switch enables internal batteries; electronic sounds out a stereo-mini jack. It is handtop: four bars on top feel your fingers and two woven antennae below sense palm flesh, complemented by a battery of buttons.
There are red lights.'"

"TX816... this is essentially 8 DX7s in a rack... AMAZING possibilities... endless sonic creation. This is THE FM beast to have if you don't want to spend the coin for a DX1 or DX5.
It is listed as EXCELLENT... not for cosmetics as it has scratches, scuffs, etc.. but excellent because I just spent $400 having this synth Recapped and had 8 new batteries installed AS WELL as installing new battery slip in clip holders on each module.. so if you ever need to replace batteries.. no soldering required.. just slide in a new CR2032!"
