SunVox 2.0 Synths

"Demonstration of some synths (modules) that you can find in the SunVox distribution.
SunVox is a small, fast and powerful modular synthesizer with pattern-based sequencer (tracker). It is a tool for those people who like to compose music wherever they are, whenever they wish. On any device. On any system."

v2.0 (23 jan 2022):
* iOS 11+: SunVox Audio Unit (AUv3) can now send MIDI notes and MIDI CC to other AU modules;
* iOS 13.4+: full USB/Bluetooth keyboard support (like on desktops);
* multiple module selection (see changelog_details.txt) + ability to save several selected modules to a sunvox file;
* timeline: supertracks (see changelog_details.txt and simple_examples/supertracks.sunvox);
* improved import of old tracker formats (XM and MOD);
* new module - FMX: 5-operator Frequency Modulation synth;

* pattern properties: X and Y fields - exact coordinates of the pattern on the timeline;
* module properties: X and Y fields - exact coordinates of the module;
* module visualizer: "Phase Sync" oscilloscope option has been added; activate it to see a single waveform cycle;
* module visualizer: new buttons "reset", "apply", "copy", "paste";
* ADSR->Sustain: new value "Repeat" (repeat the envelope until the module is stopped);
* ADSR->Smooth Transitions: new value "volume change" (the volume will change smoothly, but the envelope start is not smoothed);
* Amplifier: new controller "Bipolar DC Offset";

* 3C - copy track XX from from the pattern YY; for example, if XXYY = 0023, then the first track will be copied from the pattern named "23";
* 3D - write a random value to track YY; min value, max value and column must be in track 0, starting from line XX; see example "pat effect 3D random value";
(columns: 0 - NN; 1 - VV; 2 - MM; 3 - CC; 4 - EE; 5 - XX; 6 - YY; 7 - XXYY);

"🧚 This is a classic video game song from The Legend of Zelda series with tons of nostalgia. Please enjoy this modular synthesizer version of the song.

I initially made this as a way to learn more about working with chords on the Audiophile Circuits League Sinfonion module. This song has lots of chord changes, so I thought it was a great choice.

Korg Wavestate 2: Modular Clouds 50 Generative Performances (Presets). Sound Demo/No Talking.

video upload by Anton Anru

"Modular Clouds" is a collection of 50 dreamy generative performances for Korg Wavestate. This is my one of the hardest works, I made a huge effort to create this soundset. Wavestate is a very complicated synth, and I dived deep into its features and possibilities.
🔋 Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/36FBL3S
Highlights:
☑️ Each performance is made from scratch: lanes, modulations, settings...
☑️ True wave sequence 2.0 synthesis, extensive and deep use of unique Wavestate features, that make the presets stand out from other synthesizers (subtractive, wavetable, FM...)
☑️ Thoroughly set parameters and complex modulation.
☑️ All 8 Performance Knobs/Macros are assigned to different parameters. They give changes from subtle to dramatic.
☑️ Vector Envelope adds movement. It has its own motion, and you may tweak it to change the timbre.
☑️ ModWheel add expression.
☑️ Making each performance took me about 60-90 minutes.
☑️ No external/additional samples are required.
☑️ Performances' volumes are equalized for a comfortable browsing.

THE ARP 2600...
To call the ARP 2600 an influential synthesizer is a grand understatement. When first produced in 1971, the 2600 presented musicians with the power of a full-fledged modular synthesizer, but with "normalled" connections allowed anyone to play without knowing how to program. It was educational, powerful, and flexible... And it sounded phenomenal. The 2600 can produce amazing sonic textures, leads, basses, sound effects, and just about any other sound you can imagine.

Early adopters such as Edgar Winter, Pete Townshend, Joe Zawinul and Stevie Wonder helped popularize the 2600 in a musical context. Stevie even had a customized 2600 with the controls labeled in Braille. The 2600 is also famously known as the voice of Star Wars' R2-D2, being played by sound designer Ben Burtt.

And with the reintroduction of the 2600 by Korg, as well as Antonus and 2600 VSTs such as Time wARP, Cherry Audio's CA2600 and Arturia, a whole new generation of musicians can now experience the endless possibilities of this incredible synthesizer. LEARN MORE"

BURG Session Template 04

"If you like my music you can find it here http://bit.ly/BurgMusic and also please consider supporting me at patreon for as little as 1 USD http://bit.ly/BurgPatreon

---

Hey there everyone!

Continuing my plans for 2020 and 2021 and the writing my new album, with this i will be posting template jam sessions to YouTube from which I will base and recreate the final tracks. These jam sessions are in no way finalised tracks, but you will be able to hear the main ideas before i start fine tuning the details.

If you join my patreon there will be behind the scenes materials, bonus tracks, stems, sound packs from these sessions and also a possibility to remix the future shortlist single for my release. You will be able to follow the creation of the entire album from idea to final product.

http://bit.ly/BurgPatreon

Track info:

Session 04 is a 118bpm break beat style track, this as I wanted to get away from the four on the floor spell. I spent a lot of time randomizing sequences and patterns, modulating stuff in the eurorack with Pam´s and Planar2, e.g Braids, BIA, Plonk, Furthrrrr, white noise from 1U noise tools and the 3xVCO chords so this tune almost plays itself. This was great for the jam which allowed the tune to breathe in-between sections just keeping the groove going while planning the next part.

I am also with this track breaking free from a writers block which has kept me from making any new stuff for the upcoming album for a couple of weeks... yeah, im free.. for now :)

Have a listen and join me on the ride! :) cheers!
