"Had the chance to get hold of a used Prophet 12 Module and thought I'd put it to the test with the first 25 of my Patches...Including my Bladerunner sound that I do on everything! I wasn't going to bother getting a Prophet 12 as I was a bit of an Analogue Only type of guy, however I've completely changed my mind, since having the Novation Peak.

Anyway, have done Patches that are 'Analogue' in nature on the Prophet 12 Module and while it only has delays (I love FX) it is a very capable Synth. I'll probably get into more 'Digital' sounds in the next Batch."

"Sooooo many people asked me to post a video of Giorgio Moroder bass lines, so here are Grace and me in the studio doing a preliminary attempt of the wonderful, mega-classic "I Need Love". Unfortunately I don't yet have 960 sequencers (I plan to add them to the modular early next year) so I'm using a 119 for now, but the "beef" of the matter is there - namely, dry synth bass on the left channel, and offset timed echo return on the right channel - to make it subliminally sound like it's a 16-step sequence instead of the real 8th sequence that it is. There are a few oversights and the Space Echo return was set too low (I'll go ahead and blame it on Grace, she was at the controls :-D - just kidding, it was my fault), but we hope you enjoy the video."

"Just finished off a big track for a project I've been working on and felt like kicking loose and seeing where I ended up. Digitakt is sequencing everything. Main 'funky' part is DPO and Wogglebug sequenced by the digitakt, Mother 32 & STO are 'FM'ing each other. Organelle 'lmnts' patch based on Mutable Elements is adding additional percussion and there are some (rather basic) hats from the Digitakt"

"Some firmware I wrote for the Groovesizer multi board. It's a midi sequencer that allows probability based programming. Can play notes based on probability, switch patterns based on probability. Six separate midi tracks play simultaneously and each can be a different length (polyrhythms). Also allows each to have a different clock divider/multiplier for double time/half time etc, or other time signatures per track. Can sync to midi clock or output clock sync. If you like this, google "Stochas VST" for a plugin I wrote that operates on a similar principle but does so much more."

Out of the 61 overlays that were made, a portion of those were destroyed by bad attempts at installing the overlay properly. This is a rare opportunity to own a Black Andromeda A6 and could be the only chance to get your hands on one. I made it to work with Eurorack by adding input trim and CV control for Bass, Treble and Volume, making it a VCA and automated filter.
It's a fun little project, adding dynamics and punch to drum loops."

Voices are Intellijel Plonk, Mutable Instruments Rings, Mutable Instruments Clouds Resonator, and Novation Peak.

ER-301 is being used as a mixer, as well as a noise / exciter source for Rings and Clouds Resonator.

The Eurorack voices are all going through Mutable Instruments Clouds on looping delay mode.

"After lots of rain and not enough summer, finally a new track! :-)

This one features an audio sample from Buck Rogers (Season 2 from 1981), the Alesis Andromeda for the ambient strings/pad, the Roland V-Synth for the primary lead, the MKS 50 (Roland Alpha Juno) for the secondary lead, the MFB Dominion 1 for the bassline and some Elektron Machinedrum percussion. All was recorded live, directly from the mixer, no DAW in use :-). Pattern changes and filter sweeps were done manually, the MIDIbox sequencer V4 and two Strymon FX units helped out a little ;-).
