In this video, he demos his µCVC module, which lets you connect a Haken Continuum to your modular synth; his Link module, for connecting multiple modular synth systems; the RF Nomad voltage-controlled short wave radio receiver; a DIY transmitter module; and a sonar module."

The µCVC was first shown at IRCAM with the new Haken ContinuuMini. The above is the first video demo of the µCVC.

"This is a midi controller only and does not make sound of its own. It has been tested and powers up, display works, buttons work, sends midi to a midi device. However, I did not have the time to get into the programming to make sure of all of its features, there are way to many to test. I simply made sure it was transmitting midi to a midi device only. It is deep as far as the menus within, so getting it to do what you want will take time and patience. It is missing 1 part that screws into the bottom of the DGX, but is for look more than functionality in my opinion."

"1970's Crumar CPB-2 bass synthesizer pedal system in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Unlike the bass pedal extensions that were offered with many combo organs in the years preceding the Crumar CPB-2, this unit is a powered, self-contained bass pedal system, with VCF parameters for envelope, cutoff, and resonance. Able to produce a Moog-esque thickness and width, this Crumar offers 13 pedals and a wide range of easily accessible options with large buttons that make it easy to switch settings on the fly either by selecting the footswitches or moving the oversized Sustain and Volume wheels. The 32'/16' switch essentially controls the depth of the signal, while the Doubling switch has a chorusing sound. The Waveform switch alternates between a smoother, warmer sound and a signal that has a bit of bark and fuzziness. And lastly, a tuning knob makes it very easy to tweak the CPB-2 and ensure it's always at concert pitch."

You should first set the maximum voices you want to use then set how much voices the left and right channels will use during your performance. Except the tuning list you can set all parameters for left and right channels separately.

New Vector Hardware Desktop Synthesizer In the Works

Update:

I took a closer look at the video and the image to the left. It looks like the Orbit and Suborbit controls are for the vector portions of the synth engine. If you are not familiar with vector synthesis, it was introduced with the Sequential Circuits Prophet-VS. That tech made it to the Yamaha SY22 and TG-33, and finally the KORG Wavestation. In short, you have four oscillators that you can morph between with either a joystick or a modulation source. The Orbit and Suborbit controls appear to be the modulators as you can see on the screen. It's similar to being able to record and playing joystick movement on the SY22 and TG33. It's also similar to the paths in Moog's Animoog app.

Below is a list of controls I spotted in the video and the image. If I missed any, feel free to leave a comment. Note Vector synths typically have four oscillators. The screen in the video only shows two, so we will have to wait and see. You can see the synth features overdrive, reverb, delay, and chorus effects. There is also an arpeggiator and audio iput.

Update2: grabbed a screen of the quick front panel flash in the video. Click on it to zoom in a little. You should be able to read most of the controls.

FOUR INDEPENDENT MODULATION SECTIONS:
The heart of the pedal are its four, independent modulation sections synced in time, they are:

MOD features great sounding EHX Vibrato, Flanger, Chorus or Phaser. The Depth knob lets you set the amount of the effect while Feedback controls the resonance of the Flanger and Phaser.

TREM delivers tremolo, an effect that modulates the volume of your signal. The Depth control sets tremolo intensity.

PAN modulates between left and right in stereo operation. In mono operation the PAN section acts as another tremolo section, but with the wave shapes all inverted!

FILTER offers a choice of a modulated LPF, HPF or BPF. In LPF (low pass filter) frequencies above a modulated cutoff point are cut. In HPF (high pass filter) frequencies below a modulated cutoff point are cut, and in BPF (band pass filter) frequencies above and below a modulated center point are cut.

Each section also features a choice of four LFO shape options: rising sawtooth, triangle, falling sawtooth or square wave. They affect the way the modulation transitions and provide advanced creative control over the specific section as well as the way they interact with each other.

I have a small movie with the modul Erica Synths PICO VOICE in one of 8 modes of synthesis in it and exactly KARPLUS STRONG !!!
PICO VOICE has been patched with the trigger for S&H and later to the main clock with sequencer 1v / oct, added a little NOISE BURST and DISTORTION built in it !!!
the next step is to add the PICO DSP module and create space with REVERB.
Drums come from the PICO DRUMS I modules and are plugged into the PICO TRIGG trigger.
in 2 minutes it shows this simple connection in music !!!

Today I deploy THREE 101-VCF modules for some polyphonic synth music.
The three filters are getting their Envelope CVs round-robin much like a polyphonic synthesizer distributes their voices.
To do this I use the sequential switch to rotate the
firing of envelope contours going to each 101-VCF.

It takes a clock or trigger and generators Euclidean rhythms of varying lengths, with varying active steps and offset to shift the pattern around a musical bar/phrase. There's CV over length and steps and a reset to get everything back to step 1 and in sync with your other sources. A fun little unit and a useful one for rhythmic control.

Yeahhh !!!
There is some fun with the BP I LP filter on higher tones.
the sequence from the built-in sequencer from Minibrute 2 has sometimes added a little noise to the sound. I used it for the PICO DSP reverb module from Erica Synths for larger space.
you know Arturia MInibrute has already established opinions as a good aggressive synth, the patchbay in Minibrute 2 has 48 modulation inputs to connect with your semi modular synths or your modular. it's also patched in itself as a powerful beast !!!"
