"The OB-1 is a simple a great monophonic synth from Oberheim based on the same synth architecture as the SEM. Released in 1978, it was the first truly programmable analog synth of it's time with 8 program memories. Classic and fat sounding bass & lead synth sounds. It has two analog oscillators and a very capable 2 or 4 pole switchable VCF (filter) that sounds great, and a good LFO that can control the VCA or VCF. This is a very versatile monosynth, especially during its time, and makes an interesting alternative to other more common bass-synths."

There is plenty of CV control and an additional granular synthesis section, letting you cut up the Bytebeat sequences. There will be 1V/Oct pitch tracking and using the end-of-cycle output, you can sync other modules to the ALGODRONE's chaotic rhythms. The output signal can be used for audio or chaotic CV generation.

The KICK is an analog bassdrum sound generator with pitch, decay and drive control.

"Polivoks is the portable electronic musical synthesizer which is designed for playing different musical compositions of any genre. It is also intended for creating some musical effects in cinema and play scoring, in studio.

There are 4 octaves on the keyboard. The inclined desk is divided into the following functional sections: Modulator, Generator #1, Generator #2, Mixer and Amplifier. They give one a possibility to synthesize a broad spectrum of sounds and to change sounding at any time.

There are 3 internal audible signal sources in the instrument: to broad-ranged of the Generators with changed form of oscillations and a noise generator for creating a non-musical sounds such as wind, surf, whine, etc.

Running a quick search for Hearn Morley XL8 brought me to Hearn Morley's website with the following info plus the third image below (they also had the 2009 pic).

"Hearn Morley manufacture a range of precision analogue audio building blocks in the form of miniaturized plug-in modules for 3rd party system development. These modules include Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO), Voltage Controlled Filters (VCF), Voltage Controlled Envelope generators (ADSR) and Voltage Controlled Amplifiers (VCA).

All Hearn Morley products are 100% tested, ROHS compliant and packed in anti-static protective packaging. We ship worldwide.

Just recently we've noticed some important analogue synth components go obsolete. On offer here is their 88-key, true hammer action flagship synthesizer workstation, the Kronos. An all-in-one music production instrument, this thing sounds absolutely amazing. Due to some financial issues, I am being forced to part with mine. It is in top flight condition, used sparingly since I opened it. There are no scuffs or dings on the unit and it functions 100% as far as I know (it's only been in a non-smoking studio, too!). From hip hop to country to orchestral music, this beast can do it all."

"I spent about dozen years searching for the perfect CS80. This one came up for sale from a California based collection/museum 8years ago. We had it professionally tuned and serviced before delivering to our studio. It is flawless. There are a couple scratch marks on the upper case tolex but they are minor and do not impact functionality or playing aesthetics. Yes we know, CS’s are rare, I would put this example in a higher category of rare synth in very rare condition. My congratulations to the winning bidder, this is very special."

Certain eurorack modules would look great as mini desktop modules. This would be one of them. Add MIDI and 16 track multitrack sequencing for each MIDI channel.

"usta / ˈusta / s.f. [probably from an ancient Germanic form, cfr. German Nüster, English nostril] – the trail left by the pray. Idiom., more common: ‘good sense’, ‘wisdom’. Idiom. a usta ‘by heart’. The ‘Usta’ sequencer follows both of those meaning: literally, it gives your patch a trail to follow; more broadly, it offers you a way to approach your composition ‘by heart’, without too much planning.
USTA is a 4×4 tracks sequencer for voltages and gates with variable stage duration, designed to quickly see and edit multiple voltage relationships in real time.

“Variable stage duration” means that every single stage duration can be individually set in relation to the clock, instead of being constrained to a one-to-one ratio (i.e. one stage per every clock impulse).

“4×4 tracks” means that every stage can store and generate up to four separate voltages (two CVs and two gates), and that up to four independent stage sequences can be arranged into as many different tracks.

Its architecture is based on an array of 16 ‘Stages’ which form a ‘Pattern’; 16 patterns form a ‘Track’, and four tracks form a ‘Project’. Within each track, each stage can provide two gates and two CVs, and a wide set of options is available to define and modify the value of each output (‘Layers’) and the way it is played (‘Colors’).

Every Stage is related to a dedicated stepped encoder for quick and intuitive editing, and all the 16 encoders are arranged in an oval layout with a circular playhead. Every encoder is surrounded by a ring of 16 LEDs and a RGB led, to provide a visual feedback of the current setting of that step basing on the layer you are working on (like raw CV, quantized CV, length, gate…) and the way it should play depending on the RGB color.
