Neutron With Malekko Sequencing And Blck_Noir Drums

"The Behringer Neutron semi-modular synth is generating the synth line, with the Endorphin.es Blck_Noir making the drums. The Malekko Varigate 4+, Voltage Block, Quad Envelope and Quad LFO are providing all of the modulation and sequencing for both the drums and synth. The drums are run through the Eventide Euro DDL delay module.

The Neutron has two 3340 oscillators, a state variable VCF and a built in delay and distortion.

"Testing out out some gain staging modifications on my Jupiter-6 to improve the very disappointing sound of its filters, and taking the new Behringer D out for a spin. I used the Novation Circuit to sequence the two synthesisers and drums are from the TR-8.

Gotta once again thank Synthmania for the very kind gift of the D. Thank you my friend!

Reverb is board reverb from a Behringer UFX1204, delay is a custom tape echo patch on the TC Flashback X4. Reverb and delay on the drums is internal to the TR-8.

"**TIMING INDEX / PATCHES LISTED BELOW** Here's the Cali Osc (california oscillator) from Dannysound which goes alongside the great EN129 thru zero FM oscillator to create a great pair of oscillators. However they are both great stand alone products and that's how they're presented. So watch the EN129 video (link below) after this one and enjoy them both. The Cali Osc is inspired by the Buchla 258 with wave shaping that crossfades between shapes. It begs for audio rate modulation and tonal exploration.

"KONTAKTOR - Live Elektronik Musik festival's first edition took place on first of June in Riga Electrical Machine Building works main building, Sarkandaugava Industrial Park. A night long celebration of audacious electronic music brought together carefully curated live acts only. The program of the event aimed to recoil from the currently common and to accentuate mutating and ever evolving forms of techno, industrial, noise & experimental music. The event was created and produced by Erica Synths.

Dr. Walker, a founding member of Air Liquide, Asbest! and the head of the Liquid Sky Berlin and the soon upcoming Liquid Sky Portugal, also a part of Erica Synths team, brought a live set to trap the festival attendees within groovier rhythms eventually growing into harsher bangers and noisy soundscapes.
