"Analogue Solutions Oberkorn Analog CV/Gate Sequencer Features:
Fully analog CV/Gate sequencer for analog synthesizers and drum machines
Three CV channels, with Glide control and adjustable 0V-5V range
Two Gate channels, with Legato control and voltage of 10V (approximately)
Up to 16 steps per sequence
MIDI input lets you use a MIDI controller to reset the sequence to a specific step
Unique Binary Positioning can rearrange otherwise linear sequences in a multitude of ways.
This is a very odd and powerful feature. While it is seemingly random, it is technically predictable (albeit far beyond me how it manages to accomplish this). Suffice to say, it is loads of fun and very creative.
Includes PSU
Rack-mountable"

Moog MicroMoog SN 7647

"Nice vintage Moog MicroMoog. Phat mono synth. EVERYTHING is functional, although, because it has not been used extensively, it needs to be played a bit to clear up some of the switches and keys. Missing original model factory sticker and the usual wear for such an old instrument...but in great shape! Amazing instrument with super fat bass and rich lead tone! Awesome ribbon controller!! You probably know this if you are looking at this auction! Loads of input, output and control options. I have had this in my smoke-free studio and storage for probably 25 years. It is very clean! Serial number 76XX."

Korg M500 Micro Preset SN 770329

Note: links to listings are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.

via this auction

"The Korg Micro Preset synthesizer is a curious late 1970s beast with a slightly bizarre matrix of pre-set sounds, including woodwind and similar noises and a keyboard all housed in a wooden box! It's a 32-note monophonic preset synthesizer with 6 push-button presets including voice, synth1, synth2, brass, string, and wood. Its single-oscillator design has only rudimentary decay/release envelope controls and no access to the guts of the sound generation stuff.

Once you're past the outward appearance, a bit of probing will reveal a noise box that sounds remarkably similar to the MS-10 at times. There is a lot of fun to be had with the 'traveller' control, a sort of filter and resonance control rolled into one, offering interesting squelchy acid-style bass run effects. In fact, like the MS-10, bass is the best of what you get out of this guy along with lots of other useful noises. Add N To (X), The Human League, OMD, Jean Michel Jarre, OMD, Pop Will Eat Itself and Brian Eno are thought to have used the Micro Preset.

A few of the presets are slightly quieter. Easily addressed by turning the volume up. Since this Keyboard was only ever used in our smoke free studio, we never had a tech fix it. Our tech HAD seen this issue before and did say the fix would take 1hr and require minimal parts he, and thusly most techs, should have. This thing sounds amazing straight into a delay pedal and then a DI. Only selling it because we loved it so much we bought 2 but need only one. It’s killer for when you want a simple MS-10/20 sound but don’t want to fuss about. It’s been on a ton of records made here. Great and affordable addition to any collection and would be a great first synth."

The unit is working as it should pots are smooth and tight and the membrane keyboard and all buttons work perfectly. It has not been tested with batteries the battery terminal wires are loose.

Comes with a brand new replacement PSU

Cosmetically its very good take a look at the pictures. Its a very solid bit of kit all metal construction."

"This week I had a brush with my own mortality, and almost took myself out in an extremely unintentional and careless way. 1 trip to the ER, and its all better. While I was going through an emergency surgery, and under the influence of propofol, I asked if I could record the room - and those samples and vibe turned into this. Much like the other vids, lots of gear being used and an attempt at playing some solos using some of my favorite OB-6 sounds (read presets). Later all - and PSA - CFY (Chew Your Food)!"

The ECA2000 is an analog BBD delay unit made by SOLTON, Germany. It is completely unknown and very rare, less than 100 were made. It sounds great! Early Solton products were made in Pocking, near Munich. In this area I also have found some other rare and interesting Solton units, like the Programmer 24 and the Project 100 analog synth (which needs a bit work).

I played the ECA 2000 along with a Korg Poly-800 synthesizer."

It features 2 oscillators, hi pass & low pass filters, ring modulators, LFO, sample & hold, mic preamp, mixer with stereo panning, and built in spring reverb. Rare Hohner Little Lady String-Orchestra Synthesizer SN 17710

via this auction

You can find a demo of the Hohner Little Lade here.

via the seller:

"Ultra Rare Hohner "Little Lady" - String-Orchestra / Synthesizer / Rhythm-Machine / Keyboard !

This keyboard is very, very hard to find, I think.
Similarly, there is almost no information on the net.

Very, very good technical and optical condition.
Extremely clean - the surface, all the keys, the switches.
The real wood is still beautifully preserved.

Everything is working perfect (here is one exception = read down below under "XXX") -
All sound registers can be mixed or switched as desired.
It has a vibrato and a sustain switch.
For the last lower octave there is a separate bass-sound (additive switchable)
All sections have their own volume control.
All sliders work without scratching !!
All key contacts work as on the first day - no contact problems at all !!

Something about the automatic accompaniment-system -
It can also be operated without the acoustic signals being switched on acoustically.
The bass sequencing will still change with the selected rhythm - this results in quite interesting sequences !
Thanks to the memory function, you only need to tap a bass-key, then it is automatically held (this also works without the automatic accompaniment).
Of course, the respective rhythms can also be switched acoustically.
The keyboard has a built-in loudspeaker (at the bottom) - this works also perfectly (without distortion).
On the back there is a line-out socket for an external amplifier.
And an output for a pedal (pedal not included).

"XXX" - There is, however, one technical error (or I'm doing something wrong):
If one of the rhythms is switched on acoustically, a single slightly higher "bass-sound" (tonally a single "B") sounds automatically.
I can not get it away.
Otherwise everything is absolutely working perfect !!

The Hohner comes with its original service instructions / schematics (also a rarity) !!"

Also, in this jam I used the Specular Reverb's 'infinite' mode for the low background drone. This was played on the Volca Keys.

DW-6000, Flashback Triple Delay, Trinity2

Published on Jan 6, 2018 The Outsider

"Often overlooked, if not dismissed outright, the DW-6000 is the underdog from KORG's pair of DWGS synths made in the mid 80s. On paper, the feature list of the 6000 does pale in comparison with that of its big brother the DW-8000, but it is hardly a synth without merit. The filter is very warm, with resonance that can bite, and the chorus (at least on this particular unit) is nice and surprisingly far less noisy than that of Roland's Juno series. It's an interesting synth, capable of standard analog polysynth sounds, but also able to venture into PPG territory thanks to digital waveforms.

This is a live noodling session, no overdubs, no sequencing. I switched patches on the fly, going back and forth between different sounds. I have the first delay's time in the Flashback set close to max, which provided an almost looper-like result, you can hear the sounds layering on each other but surprisingly it never got out of hand. Absolutely amazing what a difference pedals can make, and I still can't get over just how good pedals sound these days.

The Flashback is set to serial mode, with the delays as follows: Tape - Space - Reverse. The Trinity2 is set as follows: Decay at 3 o'clock, Tone and Mix at 12 o'clock, using the IV preset. The signal goes into a Mackie MS 1402-VLZ mixer, then through a Focusrite Compounder. Recorded into a Zoom R8, then slightly tinkered with in Logic Pro X (very slight EQ and level adjustment)."
