"This patch uses all Intellijel Modules with a Metropolis sequencing an Atlantis full voice. The Atlantis then runs into a Polaris filter in phaser mode and then to a 1U Digiverb for effects. A 1U Noise Random Tools provides extra S&H modulation to the Metropolis and Polaris. The system is housed in an intellijel 4U aluminum case.

The Metropolis is a unique and powerful musical sequencer inspired by the Ryk M-185 (a Roland System 100m format sequencer.) but with many additional enhancements and functions.

The Intellijel Atlantis was constructed in the spirit of the Roland’s legendary SH-101. Like its inspiration, the Atlantis excels at rich bass sounds and soaring leads. However, unlike the SH-101, the Atlantis ditches the sawtooth core for a triangle core, designed by David Dixon, sourced from the Intellijel Dixie. The decision to add a triangle core means that the Atlantis excels at FM style sounds. The modulator oscillator can be switched from an LFO to a VCO, with both oscillators able to track at an astonishing 8 octaves."

"Short Demonstration of the oscillators, the chorus and some basic sounds.

My impression is, that the Deepmind cannot match the Juno. The filter of the Juno sounds better in my opinion. Also the chorus in the Deepmind cannot match the great Juno Chorus. The Deepmind is a nice Polysynth which should sound like a Juno, but doesn't. Also it is very difficult to program equally sounding patches on the Deepmind.

It is only a short Demo, maybe I will later find time to make a better and more objective Video. But for the first impression it might help, I hope. Thanks for watching!"

It's worth noting the Deepmind12 was based on the Juno-106 (see here and here), not the Juno-60.

"This is an quick tour of the Roland SH-101 where I go over all the different knobs and sliders and explain how the synth works. The SH-101 is a vintage monophonic analog synthesizer from the 80s. It has only one oscillator, but it does have pulse width modulation and a sub-octave generator to thicken things up. It also has a built in sequencer and arpeggiator as well as CV/Gate ins and outs so you can integrate with your modular synth for example."

"This a demo of an FFT filter device I made for Ableton Live and the monome arc. Really satisfying how musical it is. The amplitudes of the FFT are determined by a 2D table which can be rotated. The lookup and rotation can be fed by two LFOs. You can import your own tables for an infinite variety of filter responses. The source audio is Stretta Cloud - just a pedal tone of detuned sawtooths."

The bass and the short synth stabs are from Mothers-32. Reverb is from a Strymon BigSky. No outisde MIDI or DAW was used, all notes are triggered by the Moog and Pico sequencers."

"Here is a video of my first analog electronics project build as a gift for my kids a few years back. It's a very basic semi-modular analog synthesizer. It operates as a noise box and is a fun introduction to very basic sound synthesis. It contains one Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), two Low Frequency Oscillators (LFO), and a Voltage Controlled Amplifier (VCA). All modules are linear.

The build was put together using various schematics around the Internet. I do not know the original source for the VCO/LFO schematics, but the VCA was based on the LM13700 datasheet schematic. Enjoy!"

It contains a 16 step sequencer (middle), VCO1-VCO2-Mixer-VC state variable filter-LFO-Glide-sample and hold-VCA-2 envelope generator-output (middle), Quad filter bank (bottom)
All the system is hand made custom built by Plus Minus audiosynthesis. It's 100% analog and sounds really good.
For effect, the Boss RV6 reverb/delay was used"

The Transistor-80 is an analog percussion module I designed as a lo-fi incarnation of those transistor-based CR- DR- and TRs from the circa 1980 era. It is thump-y, hiss-y, and it has those click-y pops and bacon sizzle sounds. Sports 3 sounds: Bass Drum, Snare Drum, and Hats. Bass has a tone control that controls the amount of sub frequency (you may hear a slight boom if you're wearing headphones) the other two sounds have decay controls. It has individual volume knobs for each sound, and a single output jack for the mix. In this video I am feeding trigger gates from the Malekko Varigate 4, and recording output directly to Tascam DR-5."

The test has two parts. One mono with the CE-2 and one stereo without the CE-2. There is some clipping at times.

To bad that somthing happend when I was rendering the video. So after about half way in, the video is out of sync... The audio and text are still in sync and that is what matters!!"

the elektron Digitakt sequences the Serge-System via the Doepfer Midi-CV Interface. I'm running the triangle from an NTO through the SSG wich makes the waveform very gritty - then im blending this with the original Triangle and run it through the Filter... i'm using the Highpass-out of the Filter to FM it by itself"
